There are lots and lots of different kinds of tea.
Nothing against Twinings, or Irish Breakfast, but try something different.
Right now, I am drinking Yorkshire Gold and Assam.
Start giving things up.
Start with Fritos.
Food companies know exactly how to push your buttons.
Fritos punches most of them.
It's more drug than food.
