ok, so f*(x all the overcharges for checking bikes. I'm flying all over the place this summer, and I'm not paying $80 each way to bring Sue with me.
Sue is a 49cm steamroller. she's rather small.
Can anyone think of a reason why I wouldn't just buy a hardside suitcase, sized about 31"x22"x12", and shove her in there, piecemeal? I've calculated that, fork out, whe's about 19.1" tall and about 18" long. I plan on wrapping all parts in tshirts and such to avoid scratching...
