Bikes: a heavy old steel Frankenbike Gitane, a cruiser (not something I'd buy for myself, but it was a gift, what can you do?), a Greg Lemond, a Specialized Stumpjumper(old, steel, fully rigid), and a Specialized Safire

If you like the current saddle, compare the shape of it to the two you are considering. Does one have a comparatively flatter profile than the other? If so, I'd stick with the one that's similar to your current saddle. I'd guess that'd be the Bontrager.
That's all assuming you are comfortable with the one you're on now. If not, the Arione is worth trying, but again, like any saddle, you'll either love it or hate it. I tried a regular Arione a few months ago since it came stock on my new bike, and I could barely stand it after ten minutes. Way too narrow. I'm testing the women's version now. Jury is still out on whether it'll be good enough to replace my old saddle.
