The components on the Giant are a HUGE step up from the Trek. As well - the Giant packages offer some of the best dollar values available as they make frames for several other major companies. Aside from that - sounds to me like the customer service is LOTS better at the Giant dealership. Thats the choice of the guys running the shop. Looks like a no-brainer decision to me.
