Based on the Serial Number I was thinking 84 or 85, but I know the S/N are hard to crack.
T-Mar indicated in an old thread that (some) Canadian models had a full chrome fork during this period. (See
http://www.bikeforums.net/archive/in.../t-613609.html). But I don't know anything about the Bici I or Bici II.
