Hi Everyone -

I'm going to be in Newport the first week of August. Two questions:

1. Would it be worthwhile to stay an extra day and go riding? 50-60 miles, scenic, low traffic?
2. If the answer to (1) is yes, is there a bike shop where you can rent a decent road bike?
