I recently had a similar incident with punk teens on my ride. Police were unhelpful but sympathetic. I posted here asked what to do. Lots of great advice. I used my camera phone to take some crisp nice pictures. Followed up with an attorney, the police and a long conversation with the parents. For me this process worked amazingly well. The parents understand that I am willing to take it to the next level, the police understand that I will keep the pressure on and the punks get totally out of my way and leave me alone. Take the time to have an attorney contact the police and the parents is what I would suggest. AND keep that camera rolling.
