CSG

I've been trying to get a little info on this trail as I'll be down in SoCal for a couple weeks next month and am bringing my bike. There's a map on the Irvine Ranch site but it's not terribly useful.

Anyway, is it paved, MUP, up and down, worth riding, etc.?

Also, where's a good source to learn about the other off-road OC paths (other than the beaches)? I'm a recreational cyclist and take it easy but like nice scenery.
