it looks like one but is missing the X-4 mark on the brake bridge. the huge difference between a standard Mondiale bike and the X-4 was the pantographed group, and of course the paint. I am not even certain the X-4s were offered in markets outsode the US. this could simple be a Argentin commeratinve paint on a standard frame.
I would certainly bid on it if it was my size.
