Good point; in my opening post, I noted the absence of guides on the bottom of the BB shell. I simply didn't make the possible connection to the funky cutout shape. I mean, the top of the cutout looks nearly correct.

However, if this is indeed a 70s Super in original spec:

Two sets of water bottle bosses?
Under BB cable routing?
Shouldn't those be Prugnat "S" type headlugs?
What kind of seatstay caps are those, anyway?
Braze-on front derailleur boss?
Fully-sloping fork crown with integrated stiffening tangs?

The dead-giveaway is the treatment at the rear dropout/stay connection. That's early 80s at the earliest. The only thing that says 70s about this is the lack of braze-on top tube cable guides. And with all the extra stuff on this I'm surprised at the absence of those.

I wonder what this really is; furthermore, I'd love to see a closeup of the seatstay caps. From the pics, they almost appear to be wrap-arounds!!
