hawk: I recently just started biking again and when I was younger, I could ride a century and did some double centurys and when I started riding two weeks ago, I could only do 10-13 miles and it killed me. Kinda disapointed me for a day or two because I would compare me now versus me back then so I just wanted pass that down to you.
