Some thoughts
Make sure that the wheel set is the same size as the ones you are going to be riding and that they are totally inflated when checking out the standover height. Your "boys" may just thank you for it one day.

Definately get matching derailers, brakes etc. if at all possible. Ultegra is nice but not a match for the rest of the bike.
