No new pictures because I am not taking anymore until I can use my camera, but I had a couple small pieces of 0000 steel wool and the headset cleaned up beautifully. I ran out on the rear hub, but it is cleaning up nicely too. No pitting anywhere under the rust anywhere I have cleaned so far, it's basically wiping right off. That makes me happy.
Also the down tube shifters are indexed, weird, I was expecting friction shifters LOL.
