hey folks... I picked up a Vegas on craigslist and want to swap out the seat post and seat... i loosened the seat post clamp all the way, but the post won't budge...

i tried twisting it with a pipe wrench, wd40, liquid wrench, and a mallet, but it just won't budge...

any suggestions?
