Some bibs are cut for exactly this body type. I'm 1.88m @ 63kg - tall and very skinny - and often had troubles finding even regular clothing. The popularity of the Skinny Fit in recent years has been a blessing for me.

You might want to try Castelli (I wear their Presta entry-level bib - more expensive models are similarly cut), or 2XU's Compression stuff (have one of their skinsuits that fits me great).
