I am 6'4" (on non-slouch days) and 210 and use Pearl Izumi Quest shorts, which you can get for $50 or less lots of places. I own much more expensive bibs and shorts, but always pick the Quests. And for comparison, I wear a medium and the length is great. They are the closest to my knee of any of them.
