Today was ride #3 since the knee doc said I could get outside again. I had planned on doing my regular route but that plan failed. We went out with friends last night and I didn't eat enough nor did I eat the right kind of food for riding.
After a few miles I realized I didn't have enough energy/carb reserves so decided to alter my route.
Maybe I'll do better next time.
