Kind of sounds like it, but then again, some of us just like to spin at a higher cadence. I'm using around 100 rpm's too. If we're keeping pace doing it, I'm not sure it matters, although I also wouldn't be surprised if spinning in the 100's actually wastes energy...? Anyone have a source?
