hate to be a nay sayer, but those wheels look like a maintenance nightmare. Box section with hidden nipples - I can understand why they never sold the bike. no matter how good the wheels are, being able to do light maintenance is important. And box-section rims - ancient tech. There's just no way they're gonna hold up as well as a newer, deeper section rim.
Let them sell the bike without the wheels and then go get your own...
