While I am OK with bikesdirect, that is not really an answer to OP's question. Obviously, it is "worth" only what it will fetch on the open market - searching ebay history shows a 2005 Allez Sport sold for $625 this month, while a 2000 model went for $560, and a kind-of-strange-looking 2001 went for $325. Several newer ones went for $495-750. It is impossible to predict where exactly this one will fall, but it won't be $399 and will probably be $550 or substantially more.
