I get the same "tick.tick.tick", noise on my Dicta freewheel. Mine has been ridden through the winter, lot's of salty slush. I don't worry about it. I keep it oiled and it works perfectly fine, but it's just noisy. I get strange looks form roadies when they pass me, because of the noise.
