Just completed my first 20 minute work-out. It kicked my a$$, even on "Moderate". 7 mins in I was dripping with sweat and laughing at how out of shape I am. I bike 45+ mile per week and thought Id do "Ok" - how wrong was I.

So far its a pretty neat setup - Im targetting "core" - Lets see if I feel it on my weekend ride tomorrow
