I generally drink about a gallon give or take. Office time, I find myself drinking way more coffee (black, no sugar)than I should. Afternoons and evenings I guzzle water. Riding I usually take 2 big bottles and will fill up along the way. Living in the deep, humid south, I sweat like crazy.
