Certainly, post 86 with those graphics and what looks to be a Reynolds 501 sticker on the seat tube, so it could be entirely "de-Frenchified", (except for the made in France stickers, of course).....At least you still have a nicely sloping crown on it and not any gooney looking "Unicrowns" that appeared on some of their later bikes.
It's not a Canadien build though.......is that good??
