i'm more interested in if the tool would work as opposed to what else would work - with a gear puller -the adjustable arms can be tough to configure depending of the design of the crankset - no?
edit: no offense to your response - but this tool just seemed to be so simple in what it could do in the case of stripped square taper threads - however - will it fit on a road bike crank arm
