...and then there was Zeus, who had the brilliant idea of using a 16 mm crankarm fixing bolt, but with the 22.0 mm extractor threads. Talk about a tight fit! I have a Zeus 'peanut butter' wrench to fit that combo., but I'm not aware of much of anything else that works (that isn't home-made or modified).
