Here's what I can tell:

1. It's a Benotto.
2. It's been powdercoated radioactive yellow-green.
3. Complete Shimano 105 group except for the front wheel which is a Benotto HR22 rim laced to a Malliard hub. Bars and stem are Cinelli.
4. Seatpost seems to be 26.8.
5. Serial seems to indicate that it was made in 1987 and size 56cm. I don't know what the 6 or the other serial means though.

The ID will determine what I'd do with the frame. It's already Drew green so I might fixie it up or have a go with a decent rattle can (if the original paint scheme can be found).

Thanks in advance, here's some pictures:

I'd build it up and ride it as is. I have no problem with HiVis Yellow; however, it's your bike and if you want to make it look a little more original and you have the budget to do a strip and re-spray then have at it.
