Shouldn't one be able to
avoid a pothole and not expect their frame to be bent? Besides, I actually do think that hitting a pothole would not typically cause a bend in a bike frame? It wasn't an ultralight racing bike after all.
I think they're claiming I HIT something, as in head on. I did not. Perhaps when I speak to them on the phone Monday it will be more clear.
