That's weird, I saw your post too but not sure where it went now. The kit I bought from a private party just came with two pieces - the freehub body and the axle cap itself. I didn't notice an internal spacer (unless it's already integrated). Any big differences between the axle caps? I have the old cap that accompanied the Shimano free hub and they look just about identical.
