Bought the bike from craigslist and he said he just regularly commuted throughout LA with it. I forgot to ask how many miles were on the parts. There's a SLIGHT grinding feeling (if we're on the same page on how it's supposed to feel) throughout the full rotation. Yes, it's definitely not the pedals.
