Maybe y'all saw my last post, I've been riding bikes for years but I just started trying to do my own Maintenance and whatnot. Anyways, I was told by a guy at my local hardware store, a guy who also works on bikes, what I should use to remove these decals. He even saw the bike in person before he decided. Well, obviously what he recommended didn't work. At. All. The paint is ruined. This is a steel frame. Can I easily repair this, or should I strip off all the paint? I really don't even know what happened, is this the paint that was annihalated or some top coat?
I pretty much have just no clue what is going on.
