The alpina on that bike (my bike) is a 130x74 outboard bearing triple Alpina in 172.5mm. It has Ultegra 52/42/30 rings and Dura Ace bearings (BSC). Near perfect condition. It's rarer than hen's teeth, apparently. You can see the OBB and the drive side of the "pipe" here:
