Hello from Nashville Tennessee

I'm a long time cyclist who loves touring. 76 years old, still strong, but the years have slowed me down some, and I have a little trouble with hills with over 10% grades. Thankful for grannie gears, but sometimes feel I need a "great grannie." Have done 35+ week-long rides across many states, but never fully loaded. I prefer organized camping tours where your gear is trucked from one site to the next. Usually ride a TREK carbon 5200, but also have a steel frame 520, and am looking to buy another steel touring bike. Considering the REI Novara Randonee, another TREK 520, and Surly LHT. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
