Replacement parts for discontinued road shoes?

I purchased a pair of Nike Hautacams for $20 at a local reseller. One little scuff on them. The appear to have never been ridden.

I am missing an insole for one of the shoes and I was wondering if the cam buckle, if it breaks, can be replaced with a SIDI. The cam does have an allen screw that appears to attach to the shoe.

The insole might be hard to find as it is thin and stiff. I checked my running shoes and my hikers. My hikers were marginally closer to the overall thickness than the running shoe.
