There used to be a guy down towards Santa Barbara that was selling these on eBay.... BannanaBrain, I think. He disappeared about 2 years or so ago, after selling off a whole bunch of NOS Chesini frame sets. IIRC, they were selling in the $300 range, and were as-new.
A friend of mine bought a frame from him, and I built it up. Gorgeous bike.
