I thought about taking us into D.C. tonight instead, but was concerned that between the huge traffic and the security, and the fact that they were supposed to be testing their evacuation procedures after fireworks, I opted out. I figured it would probably be pretty packed on this side of the Potomac too, so we stayed in town.
