You can very easily obtain that type of saddle-to-bar drop on the BMC SR02. If you take some measurements of one of your bikes (I'd think the road), then Competitive Cyclist will even set it up the same way. The bars and seatpost will be removed for shipping, so it will be up to you to get the saddle height and bar angle correct.
One piece of feedback based on seeing a lot of CC customer bikes (and I'm a customer too) is that you should ask them to install a 17 degree stem if the bar height requires it, rather than try to get it done with 6 degrees and a boatload of spacers.
But it's very doable.
