I think the biggest thing that I need to work on now is diet. I have been losing about 2 to 3 lbs a week so far, with gaining a bit over last winter during the holidays. I want to look at stepping my weight loss up a notch. I figure for me to hit my goal weight of 200 by next July I will need some serious work. I figure I need to hit a average of 4 lbs a week which is no easy goal so I need to change my diet. If anyone has suggestions of easy to prepare items and especially things that will hold a while so I can prepare in advance for 5 or so days would be great. My weekdays are quite crazy usually as I get up around 5am and do not hit the sack till 11pm generally.
