Training indoors with a computer or video game rig (?)

Hey guys,

I've been biking on my cyclocross bike outdoors for 2 years now, and I managed to make it through last winter on an indoor trainer. The thing is, I find being indoors painfully boring, so I'm trying to find something to distract myself while I get my training in (I find biking in the cold pretty unbearable, too, but maybe I'm just a wuss -- I'd much prefer the 100 degree+ days).

The thought I had was to use aero bars of some sort to rest my arms on (for comfort) and use the bars themselves to support a keyboard, or hold a controller to mess around on the internet or play games while I bike. This may be a completely far-fetched idea, but just listening to music or watching a sports game or tv program doesn't cut it for me. Have any of you tried something similar?

Thanks for your input as always
