Giant makes them, as another has mentioned. I've been using Giant "part 87639", 700x18-23C tubes which have 48mm silver-colored stems. They come with black-colored valve caps.

I've run through my stock of the Giants, so I've been trolling the local shops recently hoping to find something unthreaded. One store said that they used to stock such tubes, but quit because folks didn't buy them much. Of the stores I found which carried Giant tubes, none had any in 700x23C.

I finally picked up some Michelin "Airstop Butyl A1" tubes, which have brass-colored 52mm valve stems (wow they're long) and black plastic covers. The stems aren't threaded, although they do have three grooves cut into the stem near the valve end; I guess they couldn't let our pumps off totally scott-free.

I'll still keep an eye out for the Giant ones, though; <pose>silver matches my bike better.</pose>
