Did you grow up in the area, or move there?
I know I am right. This is totally typical for Denver, and I will be riding in 60F temperature in January. Snow, then melting and ALWAYS sunshine. They plow our trails as soon as they plow the roads. It melts quickly. Very occasionally we will have a non-typical winter, but it is rare.

I have lived here on and off since 1962. I grew up in San Diego County.
