I've found on SWB lowracers that the only thing that saves me is black tights, because you're going to bump the chain no matter than you do. Sort of like making bike shorts black when you plan on using a leather seat. The LWB bikes I've ridden have never had chain rubbing issues. If you don't mind the drag, you might also consider a loose chain tube.
