Spec wise the Leynze lights seem to be a better value than the L&M. They cost less, have a similar output, and have non-propitiatory batteries that are cheaply user replaceable.
Irrelevant for me, since the mounting bracket Leynze uses has too much bulk in front of the bar and would interfere with my cross brake levers.
