hmmm, looks like coates does it, but they do it helicoil style and for $50 at that for parts and labor! i'm really looking for repairing the crankarm with a solid steel insert, which is supposed to be stronger than helicoil. found a shop in MN (freewheel bikes) that does it for $30 so maybe shipping the crankarm over there is a better option. they did a write up on it on their blog. looks like they definitely know what they are doing.
