Was doing CSTs for a while then they got all skidded out then I was like nahhh, I need some flat protection.
So I went and did the gatorskins and they were good n' all but didn't really have that pep. So then I was like Conti 4000, but then they didn't really hold up all that well for dealing with wet, debris-ridden urrreahs.
Then was all like I need some fresh lips. So got a sweet set of TT wheels which had an old pair of conti sewups on them. Didn't like the crosswinds much on the super deep lips. So switched it up with a deep V and Trispokke with some Panaracers all around. Not bad but still lot of winds on the front for lightweight.
Riding tubulars now with respectable lips.
TL;DR
Go tubular
