i'm with you. if i had a need for another steel frame i'd buy it (not more than 150). probably powder coat it. and maybe slap on some new columbus decals and go. and i think i could come up with something to refit it as a derailler bike too, if necessary. dismissing it because someone removed the derailler hanger? that's too extreme for me.
