Without pictures and a more complete description of the bicycle, is is all but impossible to determine Vintage Bicycle Value. That said, the Flying Dutchman brand does have collectable value, however; folding bicycles, generally, do not. I speak from personal experience and do not suggest, for a moment, that my experiences apply to all brands and and in all locations.

This old BSA Twenty went for $10.00 on Ebay and I could not even get a bite on this old Olmo...
