It's really not a flip if you don't make any money on it...
Generally the only money you'll make flipping a bike is if you do the work yourself unless you find extremely good deals or just sell the bikes "as-is." Cables are pretty cheap. If that's all it needs (you say everything works) and you want to tackle this yourself you might be able to make a couple bucks on it.
To sell the bike for anything CLOSE to what it's worth you absolutely must have plenty of high res photos for the ad. Post some pictures of the bike and we can tell you what it's worth.
