1 hr on the rollers yesterday. Making it different and possibly special was that my wife rode her bike on the trainer at the same time.
(this may lead to some interesting times) However my brief ride took for ever as she put a pop music channel on the projector/tv system with almost every song sounding like the same chick mumbling words together. A huge positive came just at the conclusion of my brief ride when this song came on.
