I am your exact opposite. I LOVE to cook and eat and do not even think about any of this stuff. I do eat a lot of veggies, generally fresh, and don't use a lot of cheese or butter - but some- and find myself planning my next meal while cleaning up after my last. Is this normal, or do I have an obsession/disorder? I ride/exercise to build up an appetite.
